PESHAWAR: More than six thousand schools have been converted to solar energy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, government sources have revealed.
A spokesman of Elementary and Secondary Education Department informed media that the provincial government is spending over two billion rupees on the solarisation of government schools in the province so as to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to the academic institutions.
