RAWALPINDI: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday adjourned the hearing on bail application of police officials Saud Aziz and Khurram Shahzad till September 27, in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
LHC Rawalpindi bench comprising Justice Tariq Abbasi and Justice Habib Ullah heard the bail petitions of police officials.
ATC Judge Mohammad Asghar Khan on August 30, awarded 17 years imprisonment to both the officials in the murder case of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto’s murder case, who was killed in December 2007, after addressing an election meeting in Rawalpindi.
