MULTAN: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that his party is not contesting against a particular candidate but against state machinery in NA-120 by-election.
Talking to media person on Friday, Shah Mehmood alleged that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government was using all resources to favour the party candidate. He criticised the ruling party for its negative tactics to pressurise the institutions for veiling its misdeeds.
He also lauded the PTI candidate Dr Yasmin Rashid for her electioneering campaign.
The PTI leader said that his party has always respected judiciary and will continue to accept its decision with an open heart, whether it is in favour of the party or against it.
