KARACHI: Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director General Syed Nasir Abbas has said that absentees will not be allowed in the KDA, and issuance of employee’s cards is an important step towards taking action against the ghost employees.
He said this during a visit to the offices of the KDA in the Civic Centre here, said a statement on Friday.
He called upon the officials to ensure their attendance in the offices on regular basis. He also directed the staff concerned to improve cleaning in the offices.
He said that biometrics attendance system will be introduced in the KDA soon.
Chief Security Officer Capt (r) Altaf Rajput, Director Admin and Engineering Mehboob Alam, Principal Staff Officer of DG KDA Riaz Ahmed Rashid and others were also present.
