LAHORE: A marriage hall located in Township reserved for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers convention has been sealed.
The local PTI leadership had reserved a marriage hall for PTI workers convention, where PTI central leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Shafqat Mahmood along with other senior leaders were scheduled to address the convention; however, it was sealed at the last moment.
PTI workers and supporters staged a demonstration outside marriage hall and accused the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for sealing the hall and not allowing the convention to proceed. The owner of marriage hall had locked the doors of marriage hall and was not present on the spot.
