KDA to introduce low cost housing scheme: DG

 

 

Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director General Syed Nasir Abbas has said that the steps were being taken to introduce new projects under KDA public housing scheme to provide low cost residential facilities to the people.

Majority of people belonging to lower-middle class will be benefitted from new low cost housing scheme, he said. The DG said this while addressing an important meeting at Civic Centre here, said a statement on Tuesday.

He pointed that plan was being envisaged for introducing a low cost housing schemes in Sector 7-B Surjani Town KDA scheme 41 and the proposed plan would be sent to Sindh Local Government Minister Jam Khan Shoro soon.

Chief Engineer Asadullah Shah, Director Marketing Nadeem Ahmed Siddiqi, Superintendent Engineer Naveed Izhar, Director Anti-Encroachment Abdul Qadir Mangi and other officials were also present.
