PESHAWAR-
An improvised explosive device (IED) blast injured at least three people near Doaba area of the Hangu District.
According to police, a passenger van, travelling from Hangu to Peshawar, was hit with an IED planted at the roadside in Doaba’s area of Sarozai.
Three people were injured. They were rushed to a hospital.
Police sources added that the IED might have been planted to target a security convoy.
The area has been cordoned of by the police and an investigation is underway.
