Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari visited injured journalist Hamid Mir in Karachi’s Agha Khan Hospital and told him that PPP was with him and his organisation Geo News.
According to media reports, Bilawal enquired about Mir’s health and greeted him saying, “We are missing you on our TV screens.”
The PPP chairman advised Mir to take care of his health besides announcing that PPP will always stand for freedom of expression and journalism.
Bilawal was accompanied by Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and Information Minister Sharjeel Memon.
