The Punjab government announced a free-of-cost metro bus service on the Independence Day to make the occasion enjoyable for Lahoris.
Pakistan will celebrate its 66th Independence Day on August 14. The Metro Bus Service was launched last year by the Sharif-led provincial government and during the initial days the service was free. However, at the time, the experience of making the bus travel free was particularly unpleasant for scores of commuters.
