The web site of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi is causing severe problems to students due to frequent jamming.
The problem has persisted from Friday onwards and has caused problems for students and parents who have been trying to submit their applications for registration in the supplementary matriculation exams.
Various excuses had been given by the officials of the board which include problems in uploading of data and frequent black-outs.
