‘Reopening ZAB case will be unconstitutional’

ISLAMABAD – Barrister Ahmad Raza Kasuri Saturday said that no Constitutional provision allows review of any case decided by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Reacting to PPP’s move to reopen the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case, Ahmed Raza Kasuri said that the reopening the ZAB case would be like opening the Pandora’s Box. Kasuri is the son of Nawab Mohammad Ahmad Khan Kasuri who was killed in mid-70s and it was the case for which former prime minister and PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged after a trial.
