Hundreds of passengers had to suffer in intense hot weather as engine of 126-Down Lasani Express failed near Pasrur on Tuesday.
According to details, engine of Sialkot-Lahore bound 126-Down Lasani Express failed near Baddomalhi railway station in Pasur. The passenger had to wait for eight consecutive hours after which an alternate engine was provided and they travelled for respective destinations.
The affected passengers protested over the poor administration of Pakistan Railways (PRs) and demanded the Federal Minister for PRs for improving the condition of trains on Lahore-Narowal Section besides increasing the number of trains on said section to facilitate the travelers.
