ISLAMABAD – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) would prepare electoral rolls-2011 in collaboration with NADRA in the wake of Statistic Division’s decision to increase the number of census blocks from 1,02,000 to 1,45,000 till 31st December 2011.
