LAHORE: Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Mohsin Raza on Saturday disposed the case against College of Earth and Environmental Sciences Principal Prof Dr Iftikhar Hussain Baloch.
Baloch’s counsel Chaudhary Tanveer Akhtar argued Baloch was out of Lahore on leave at the reported time of the harassment. He produced documentary evidence in the court in this regard. Police had already declared the accused innocent on the basis of his absence from Lahore.
