Meghan Markle surprised American Airlines flight attendants by choosing to fly commercial instead of a private jet — and her thoughtful gesture has since gone viral.
Flight attendant Nina Vida shared her excitement on TikTok about serving the Duchess of Sussex, describing Meghan as “so sweet” and “so beautiful in person.” Vida and her colleagues wrote a handwritten note to Meghan expressing their admiration, to which Markle responded with a personal message on a napkin.
“Dear AA girlies, thank you for the love, hospitality and handwritten note — you know me well,” Meghan wrote. “All love right back to you. As ever, Meghan.”
Vida joked that Meghan’s elegant cursive handwriting “gave rich, gave expensive, gave princess,” and noted that Meghan even complimented her nails, despite some teasing from the captain.
This isn’t Meghan’s first handwritten note to make headlines. In March, she sent a witty letter to podcast host Amanda Hirsch, reassuring her about Meghan’s Netflix show With Love, Meghan, which Hirsch called “a fan for life.”
Since relaunching her Instagram earlier this year, Meghan has been sharing glimpses of her life in Montecito with Prince Harry and their children, alongside promoting her lifestyle brand As Ever, her Netflix series, and her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder.
