JARANWALA: Local police on Sunday arrested five brothers for the murder of their father, Faisal Muhammad Ali, whom they killed for honor-related reasons two months ago in Chak No 236, Jaranwala, Faisalabad district.
After committing the crime, the brothers secretly buried the body within a brick kiln quarter.
The incident came to light following a complaint from the culprits’ grandfather, which led to their arrest and the subsequent recovery of the body.
The police have since registered a case against the brothers and launched a thorough investigation into the murder.
