52 new coronavirus cases surface in Sindh

KARACHI: Sindh Health Department Thursday confirmed 52 new coronavirus cases in Sindh province during the last 24 hours, taking the viral disease cases toll to 761 in the province.

Media Coordinator to the Health Minister, Meeran Yousuf, while talking to PPI, said that a total of 761 coronavirus patients were reported across the Sindh province so far out of which 336 in Karachi, 273 in Sukkur, 137 in Hyderabad, seven in Larkana, six in Shaheed Benazirabad, and one each in Dadu and Jacobabad.

She informed that 695 patients are still under treatment in Sindh while 56 had been recovered from the disease.
She further informed that 416 cases were locally transmitted in Sindh out of total 761 in the province.

She said about 7,504 tests had been performed in Sindh so far out of 761 were tested positive out of which ten died till date.
