KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PT) MNA Nusrat Wahid said Sunday that the announcement made by Prime Minister Imran Khan about Karachi package worth Rs 162 billion is a good sign for the development of the city, in which there are 10 transport, two for water-sewerage, 18 master plan and other several projects.
“These projects will help a lot to resolve the issues facing Karachi. The previous government only did the paperwork about infrastructure development as no physically and practically work was done. The funds went into the corrupt hands, whereas the PTI government, which has promised before the election about Karachi, has fulfilled the said promises,” she said in a statement.
