DOHA – Urging all to take a hard earned couple of days off from being outraged, Prime Minister Imran Khan Monday reassured the nation that he will lead them from the front first thing after he returns from his two day trip to Qatar.
In the official statement released by the Prime Minister House, PM Khan urged the nation to stay united in the difficult time.
“And that means take the break from outrage together. Because there’s little point in doing it, if all of you don’t do it together,” the statement said.
However, the PM said he was with the nation, and felt the nation’s pain himself.
“The break that I, as your leader, am asking you to take, means that yes once it is over you can of course return to being outraged,” Khan said. “However, when I am back, and leading from the front, you will have little reason to be outraged in Naya Pakistan.”
The inspirational and generous premier also offered the nation personal help in achieving what was required of them.
“If at any time over these two days taking a break from outrage appears difficult, you can always go to my Twitter handle and read my emotional tweets.”
