Deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed a rather unique wish when he ordered burgers and soft drinks from a fast food chain during the lunch break of the Al-Azizia and Hill Metal references hearing at the accountability court.
According to a report by a private news channel, the former premier asked for fast food, after which Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhary Tanveer ordered his domestic help to bring the food.

Nawaz along with PML-N leaders Javed Hashmi, Irfan Siddique, Barrister Zubair, Mushahidullah and Chaudhary Tanveer ate the food in an adjoining room of a judge in the Accountability Court II.
A National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court judge allowed the food to be brought inside the premises of the judicial complex, the channel reported.
The reports then stated that the former premier was seen in a good mood after gobbling up the burgers and had a conversation with journalists present on the spot.
