PTI to stage dharna in Rawalpindi after revealing army rigged ‘13 elections

The Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf is set to stage a dharna in Rawalpindi after Imran Khan revealed that it was the army that had rigged the elections of 2014 in favour of Nawaz Sharif.

“We owe everyone an apology. Specially Najam Sethi,” said an emotional yet resolute Imran Khan, while speaking to reporters at Bani Gala. “It wasn’t him. It was the army all along.”

‘“We are going to stage a dharna around GHQ until we get justice,” he said. “I am still ashamed when I agreed to meet the then army chief Raheel Sharif in relation to the resolution of the crisis. It was these guys all along.”

“Yes, we will surround the GHQ but rest assured, we will not break even a single gamla,” said party spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry. “Except our legs. Our legs will be broken.”
