PML-N will accept whatever decision people make in elections: PM Abbasi

PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will accept whatever decision people make in the general elections.

While addressing the inauguration ceremony of the National Incubation Centre in Peshawar, he said that the PML-N has proven itself by working for the betterment of the country.

“We can only move forward if we work, otherwise we will go back home,” he claimed.

The premier said the inauguration of the current project is more significant than the previous ones as the centre would help support the youth in the field of information technology.

He also said that the government is responsible for providing a broadband facility in every nook and corner of the country.

The PM said that the situation in the field of information technology and telecommunication improved after the PML-N assumed power in 2013.

Abbasi asserted that the PML-N government completed all the projects that were left incomplete by the previous government.

He added that the centre will prove to be a milestone in the IT sector and for people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as many business and job opportunities can be generated in the IT sector.

Minister of State for Information Technology Anusha Rehman, addressing the ceremony, said that the country is now undergoing a technological revolution as 3G projects in far-flung areas will be completed this year.

She said that only three per cent areas in the country had access to internet facility in 2013 whereas today, the broadband facility has reached 35 per cent areas of the country.

Mr Abbasi, you politicians lie far too much, no one believes in a word you say. If Pakistan is to move forward, liars, crooks, thieves, money launders and abusers of power both in politics, police and bureaucracy must be ruthlessly purged and put in jail.
