The mysterious abduction of children in Punjab’s provincial capital has created panic and terror in the society as the incidents of kidnappings of children are increasing with each passing day. Since the protection of masses is the prime responsibility of state and government, therefore, all efforts should be made to recover the missing children on a priority basis. Although the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau Punjab has rejoined 3,420 missing or runaway children with their parents, it must once again play its part in recovering these missing children at the earliest. Moreover, parents are also advised to be kind to their children and not to treat them harshly in order to avoid any such unfortunate incidence. It is hoped that the government will play a great role and will continue its efforts to bring criminals to the justice and to recover the kidnapped children sooner than later.
