The Petrol price has been reduced only by FIVE PAISAS ! Could there be a bigger shame for the Democratically Elected Government ? The Oil producing countries are mourning the reduction. The Venezualian Oil Minister has even predicted that price may come down as low as US$ 20 a barrel !
