The proceedings of the murder of Lal Masjid Naib-Khatib Abdul Rasheed Ghazi and his mother will be held on Monday.
The court will give its verdict on whether to resume or postpone the non-bailable arrest warrant for Pervez Musharraf, when he appears in court.
According to details, the proceeding against Pervez Musharraf in the murder case of Allama Abdul Rasheed Ghazi will be held in the court of Additional and Session Judge Wajid Ali Khan.
Malik Tahir Mahmood, Musharraf’s lawyer, filed for an exemption which will allow him to skip his appearance in court, in light of medical board’s report.
The victim, Sahabzada Haroon Rasheed Ghazi’s, lawyers i.e. Tariq Asad and Malik Abdul Haq, will give a broker against the filing of the exemption for Musharraf to appear in court.
After this the court will give its verdict on whether the court will resume or adjourn the non-bailable arrest warrant issued on April 2, 2015.
