Governor’s plane barely avoids mishap

Punjab Governor Ghulam Sarwar’s plane fortunately avoided a mishap on Friday.

According to media reports, a bird came in front of his private plane which had just taken off from Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore en route to Bahawalpur.

The pilot managed to save the plane from crashing and immediately informed the Air Traffic Control that they are turning back as he feared the bird might have hit the plane.

After checking the system and discovering that no damage was caused to the plane, they continued their journey to Bahawalpur.

Sarwar was headed to Bahawalpur on a personal trip. A few other people were also present in the plane.
