This is the third day and we are still stuck here. They are not giving our luggage or giving us any kind of update on the situation. Taveling with kids it is so difficult and so frustrating that we have no idea when we will reach lahore.
Terrible management and customer service. They should be fines much more and the passengers must be given compensation.

This is much like a hijack situation where passengers' luggage is held hostage so that they cannot cancel their tickets and travel on other airlines. There is no clear information given to passengers who are kept in the dark day after day. Those who have chosen to go back to their homes in London have been given no update by phone or email. No alternate flight has been arranged or any effort to board passengers on other airlines so that they can reach their destination. No authority has assumed control. Ostensibly, there is indifference and no senior official have given a statement or a commitment. Shame on PIA and their bosses back in PK. No wonder PIA is running in a huge loss. PIA means "Passenger in Agony", "Prisoned in Air" and more.
