Conspiracy being hatched to shatter sectarian harmony: MQM

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Coordination Committee has said that conspiracies are being hatched to shatter sectarian harmony and to sabotage the elections in the metropolis.
In a statement, the committee strongly condemned the murder of Pakistan Bazaar Police Station Head Moharir Murtaza Hassan Rizvi by unknown terrorists.
The committee further said that the incident was continuation of the conspiracies to sabotage the city’s peace and to disrupt electioneering activities.
It asked President Zardari, interim prime minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso, interim federal interior minister Malik Habib, Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad and Sindh caretaker Chief Minister Zahid Alvi to take notice of Murtaza Rizvi’s murder.
