Police nabs 16 outlaws

The police have arrested 16 outlaws and recovered two cars, 3.360kg hashish, 420g heroin, four pistols and ammunition from their possession, a police spokesman said on Tuesday.
The Crime Investigation Agency arrested a proclaimed offender Javed, in a murder case in Abbottabad, and recovered a 30-bore pistol from him. ASI Zafar Iqbal apprehended Riasat for possessing a 30-bore pistol. Bhara Kau Police recovered a car (AAh-693) from Ahmed Ali, which had been stolen from Wah Cantt, while another car (Ru-628) with a bogus registration book was recovered from Firdous Khan. Golra Police nabbed Basit for carrying 1.180kg hashish while Sub-Inspector Tehseen apprehended Atta Ullah for possessing 420g heroin.
Margallah Police arrested Din Muhammad for possessing a dagger, while two alleged thieves Qadeer and Shamim were arrested by ASI Zahid Akhtar. Tarnol Police arrested Nizar Ali and recovered 2.80kg hashish from him, while ASI Muhammad Ishaq from Sabzi Mandi Police arrested Nasir Mehmud for carrying knives. Tarnol Police also arrested Shafique, Barkat Shah and Faiz Ullah for illegally decanting gas in cylinders.
