I don't get it. Everytime something happens the prime minister or the president or some other political appointee orders an investigation. Do we not have any competent officers incharge of making a decision if something need to be investigated? Do our prime minister and president have noting important to do than to be ordering inquiries in matters that should be handled by clerks?

Competent officers??? lol there is nothing competent about the entire government starting from the president down to a clerk. To answer the question,I believe it makes them feel important although its just an act, nothing ever comes out of it,it just gives the media something to write about, makes our uneducated kom think the president is serious and doing something.
