ptcl service is very poor. My house internet connection remained out of order for three days. Its online complaint system does not work properly. The staff does not attend call after 4.00pm

A visit to the Defence Exchange and newly constructed ONE STOP building will give you a clear picture of the current state of affairs in PTCL.It is simply disgraceful. Both buildings are now in bad shape with doors and windows broken and hardly any furnishing. The DE is never in Office and the rest of the staff never visible. You could compare it with the state of the Pak Railways.Ufone is worse. They spend just on ads and rest is simply shamefull.I am sure I am wasting my time for nothing will change till after the elections.
