Pakistan’s Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has arrested 36 Indian fishermen and seized 10 boats for illegal fishing in Pakistani territorial waters in Indus Delta. “The seizure took place on September 4, but we had to complete all the interrogation and verification procedures which took time,” said an MSA spokesman on Thursday. He said the Indian fishermen had been handed over to the Docks Police on Wednesday morning. “It is the 5th seizure of the Indian fishing boats during the last 45 days,” he added. He said the MSA had arrested 94 fishermen and seized 21 boats during September.
