Madhuri Dixit teams up with Saroj Khan again
The song that first propelled Madhuri Dixit into the limelight - 'Ek Do Teen' - was choreographed by Saroj Khan. A decade after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Devdas' (2002), the choreographer and her muse have come together once again, for a song titled 'Dheemi Dheemi' for Anubhav Sinha's 'Gulaab Gang', billed as Madhuri's comeback.
Ecstatic about her three-night shoot, Madhuri told TOI, "I was so excited to see Sarojji. She has always given me unforgettable dance numbers, and this too is a song to watch out for!" So will we get to see the Madhuri of Tezaab or Beta once again? " Gulaab Gang is a different genre of film so the song treatment is different," said she. Attributing a large part of her success to Sarojji, she said, "My relationship withSarojji is one of the most special relationships of my career. Dancing is my passion. She has given me a number of signature steps that have translated into super hits."
