Musharraf urges UN for international blasphemy law

DALLAS - Former President and chief of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) General (retd) Pervez Musharraf has urged the United Nations (UN) for framing international laws regarding blasphemy to prohibit anyone insulting any religion.
He stated this during telephonic address to APML activists gathering in Dallas on the occasion of second anniversary of his party.
Pervez Musharraf claimed to have party organization in all of the districts of the country and further organizational activities are going on. He said that they had hosted three large gatherings where five to ten thousand people attended. He said that large rallies and gathering in all provincial capitals will be held after these small gatherings. He said, he will be visiting US before going to Pakistan.
A large anniversary cake was also cut on this occasion. APML leaders Jawed Siddiqui, Hassan Hashmi, Dr. Tasneem Agha, Javed Chaudhry, Nadeem Akhtar, Shahid Khan, and others performed cake cutting ceremony.
Moreover, another anniversary event was held in Houston Texas where cake cutting was performed at a local hotel. Houston chapter event was hosted by chapter president Attorney Noman Hassan (Nomi Hassan), General Secretary Saeed Sheikh and media coordinator Tariq Nehal Khan.
Addressing the gathering, the President of APML USA Adnan Bukhari said that as soon as Election schedule is announced in Pakistan,. General Musharraf’s date of return will also be announced.

    Dec14FATIMA very well written by Priscilla!!! and ineedd i agree with your point of view ..what can be done inorder to solve an issue like justice on a large scale is that we should first begin at the lower level..justice in our daily life once we begin it we have every right to expect it and also a state like PAKISTAN does not lack the strength to fight instead it has given up..that is where we need to bring a revival ..
