Police book a dead man in murder case!

Nishter Town Police filed an FIR against a dead man on Saturday, City42 reported. Per details, Nishter Town police filed an FIR against a man named Ghulam Nabi who died 11 years ago. Police submitted a report in the court of Additional Session Judge Ayub Marth, in which Gullam Nabi and his five sons named Abdul Razaq, Shan, Rana, Tariq and Shahzad were booked in a gun fire case. The accused argued at the court that their father had died 11 years ago and the police had filed an FIR against him on March 13 thies year. Court, after hearing the arguments of both the sides, pronounced the sons of Ghulam Nabi as innocent and ordered them to be released on bail.
