COAS attends Commanding Officers’ conference

ABBOTTABAD - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani visited Abbottabad on Thursday to attend Commanding Officers' Conference of Army Medical Corps (AMC).
The Commanding Officers' conference is a formal event that provides a forum for professional interaction and candid exchange of views regarding routine matters and policies, among the command echelons of a particular arm of Pakistan Army.
In his remarks at the occasion, COAS appreciated the efforts of AMC officers and ranks, in providing quality medical services, not only for Pakistan Armed Forces but also for the general public, particularly in disaster management duties across the country.
Earlier on arrival, COAS was received by Lieutenant General Azhar Rashid, Surgeon General.

I was hoping the COAS was there to polish boots. Hawaldar kiayani has no business commanding a nuclear armed force. He is a disgrace to Pakistan army and the profession to armed services. The world has never seen a more coward and incompetent General. He only became the COAS because he is a "yes" man. Maybe after he retires, he can be a "chokidar" at zardari's house. He would fit right in.
