The strategy is as clever and simple as it was rigging recently.Plan is being implimented already through corrupt but loyal to PML N employees of power supply companies down to SDO. Till PML N govt is installed do maximum unauthorised closure of Grid Stations,be erratic espcially where PMLN did not get populer vote like NA 125 and PP 156.Then lo and behold the day PMLN govt is installed within 24 hrs loadshedding routine will be strictly observed with reduced outages.People stupid they are, will give credit to the Mians.
