PAF guard mounting ceremony

KARACHI - A smartly turned out contingent of Cadets from PAF Academy Risalpur took over guard duties at the mausoleum of father of the nation, Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah on Thursday to commemorate his visit to the PAF Academy Risalpur 65 years ago.
Air Vice Marshal Rashid Kamal, Air Officer Commanding PAF Academy Risalpur inspected the honor guard and laid a floral wreath and offered “Fateha” at the Mazar-e-Quaid.
The ceremony was keenly witnessed by common people including a large number of students from various Schools and Colleges who had gathered at the tomb.
The day started with special Dua and recitation of Quran for the martyrs.
The auspicious day was observed with a renewed pledge and determination to make “Fazaia” even stronger and a potent force to face any challenge.
