ISLAMABAD - The Election Commission says a code of conduct is being developed in consultation with all political parties to ensure free and fair elections.
In an interview, Secretary Election Commission Ishtiaq Ahmad Khan said SMS facilities are being provided to the people to verify their names in the voters list.
To a question‚ he said a code of conduct is being developed in consultation with all political parties to ensure free and fair elections.
He said a mechanism is also being formulated enabling prisoners to cast their votes.
