Dismissing another PM will create anarchy: Kaira
ISLAMABAD - Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that dismissing another prime minister will create anarchy.
Talking to the media in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said no institution was entitled to meddle with the legislation; it is only right of the parliament. If another prime minister was sent home, it would create confusion, said Qamar Zaman Kaira.
He said that Contempt of Court Law had been made with consensus of the parliament which had right of legislation.
“Ultimate decision would be taken in consultation with law experts that either Raja Pervez would appear before the Supreme Court or not”, said federal minister.
Kaira said “the attitude of institutions in any society does not dramatically change. Institutions don’t change; rather it is societies which bring transformation in their attitude.”
He said the institutions and societies were to run shoulder to shoulder; all the politicians and institutions should learn from the past.
He said further that the PPP government had maintained traditions of the past; “we accept the courts’ decisions at every cost whether we appreciate the or not.”

It is the ppp govt. that is creating anarchy by not obeying the court orders. It does not matter how many prime ministers get replaced, what matters is that a precedent is set to do the right thing and people breaking the law are punished. The contempt of court law was flawe to begin with. The is no question that it was passed with the intention to give ppp govt a free hand to do as they please without any regard to whats right and whats best for Pakistan in the long term. Its intent was to serve just a few people and that in itself is wrong. Jiayalas don't understand it because their (low) intelligence does not allow them to grasp the concept of right and wrong. They should not be allowed to breed anymore!!!
PPP is winning next elections on the slogan of supremacy of parliament and after dismissal of 3 PMs elections will be held and people will decided who is supreme?Parliament or SC. Surly parliament is supreme which is an elected body, not SC which is appointed body. People will favor parliament. CJ will be draged on courts and his supporters will cry. CJ will be stretched wide on road and will be hung with an electric pole becoz he is anti-democracy dictator.

@Lahori Nawaz Sharif Lahori is responsible for loadshedding becoz such policies of energy are made 10-15 years in advance and if u go back to 15 yrs ago in 1998, Nawaz Sharif cancelled BB initiated power projects of 5000MW and declared that there is enough electricity. He had pure lack of vision, and time has proved this. He laso cancelled 5000MW TharCoalPower project started by BB govt with a HongKong based company. Nawaz and Musharaf are responsible for loadshedding.Go and throw shoes on NawazSharif who did this.
Yes the above mentioned are involved, but who had to ensure a smooth supply of electricity? The incumbent government. They allowed a massive circular debt to arise which has aggravated this problem. Lack of planning, cronyism and corruption has ruined our beloved nation.

We accept the courts decisions at every cost whether we appreciate it or not,OK,court told Zardari to not use the presidency for PPP meetings,court asked the government to write a letter to the Swiss authorities,court dismissed the contempt of court law,PPP has not respected any of these decisions made by the Supreme court,did I miss something here Kaira.

I am ashamed of Mr Kaira, who is touting the cause of a thief Zardari, who stole National wealth. I like to draw his attention to a Great Gujjar, Ch Rahmat Ali , who dedicated his entire life the establishment of Muslim Homeland and was house arrested when he came to Pakistan. He died in ignominy in Cambridge and his funeral was arranged by the Masters of his Alma Meter . I am a Gujjar also but like to see Pakistan as a prosperous and technologically advanced Muslim country and fail to understand the logic of Kaira advocating and pleading for thieves of Pakistan.
Many clueless and vertigo Pakistanis say that Bhuttos and Zardaris are rich and are not corrupt. Wao! Wao!. They are so rich but parasites on public moner when they are living and when dead they don''t have money to bury themselves. What a shame. Their graves are constructed on PUBLIC MONEY.
