Just the 3 medals

Karachi - As the London Olympics progress, I was searching for Pakistan’s record at the Olympics. It was very disappointing to see that a country of 180 million people has only won 10 medals till now - three gold medals and silver medals each whereas four bronze medals.
All three of the gold medals, and 8 of the 10 total medals, were won by the field hockey team. Pakistan has also won a bronze medal in wrestling (1960) and boxing (1988). There are 326 individuals athletes who have won three or more than three gold medals in the Olympics but Pakistan, as a nation, has only won three gold medals in 16 Olympics.
The record shows that concerned authorities in Pakistan need to pay attention to this area.
