PHC: Four additional judges sworn in

PESHAWAR - Four additional judges of Peshawar High Court (PHC) took oath on Friday raising total number of judges to 13.
Chief Justice PHC Justice Dost Muhammad Khan administered the oaths of Justice Asadullah Chamkni, Justice Rooh-ul-Ameen, Justice Akhwanzada Shahjhan and a female judge Justice Irshad Qaiser.
With the latest induction, the number of judges in PHC has increased to 13.
Asadullah Chamkni was earlier serving as Advocate General (AG) Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) and the position fell vacant after he became the judge of PHC. On other hand, Justice Irshad Qaiser has become the second female judge of the PHC.
