‘Control the terrorists before it is too late’
LAHORE - Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) Chairman Sahibzada Fazal Karim has said that Lahore city was targeted intentionally and if Punjab government did not take any steps the situation would worsen further.
Talking to reporters at Allama Iqbal International Airport on Sunday after his return from visit to London, Karim said if strict action was not taken against the elements involved in Rasool Park tragedy it would increase the tension and later it would be difficult for the provincial government to bring the situation under control.
He said to sabotage the peaceful environment of Punjab, anti-state elements were raising the issue of “Punjabi Taliban” which was not in favour of country and its people also.
