Pakistan not taking Jundal’s claims lightly: Salman

SALMAN BASHIR

NEW DELHI - New High Commissioner to India, Salman Bashir has said that Pakistan is not taking Abu Jundal's claims on Pakistan's role in 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks lightly.
Speaking to Karan Thapar on Devil's Advocate, Salman Bashir said, "if our own Army Headquarter is attacked, if ISI offices are attacked, I think it is really unbelievable, incredible to allege that Pakistani state, institutions have been involved in this."
To another question, Pakistan High Commissioner to India added, "whether it is state or non-state, terrorism is something that is abhorrent to our ethos, to our values, internationally, to Pakistan and so therefore, I think let's not reach prematurely to conclusions that are not warranted."
