Siachen tragedy: four more bodies recovered
Rawalpindi - Four more dead bodies of the martyred army men were recovered from Gayari Sector, military said on Saturday.
According to ISPR, four more bodies of soldiers were found during on-going recovery operation as till now 42 bodies of the martyred army men have been recovered from under the avalanche.
Seven bodies have been recovered within 12 hours as on Friday evening 3 bodies were also recovered under 80 feet of snow.
An avalanche on April 7 buried and martyred 140 army personnel and other civilians at the 6 Northern Light Infantry Battalion Headquarters at the Gayari sector.
