LAHORE - Lahore High Court Judge Naqeeb Shahzad on Monday sent four young doctors accused of the murder of a minor patient on a 14-day judicial remand.
According to a private TV channel, the doctors at the Mayo Hospital were accused of pulling a drip tube needle out from a vein of 15-month-old Fahad Husain which resulted in his death. The police registered an First Information Report (FIR) against eight doctors on the complaint of the victim’s father under Section 302 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
