Banned outfit leaders to be held on entering Islamabad: Malik

Rehman Malik 3

Islamabad - Prime Minister’s Adviser on Interior Rehman Malik said on Monday that if any leader of a banned outfit entered Islamabad during Difa-ePakistan Council long march, the government would arrest him.
Speaking to journalists on Monday, he said the participants of the long march should record their protest in peaceful manner. He said peaceful protest was the beauty of democracy and that’s why the government allowed the DPC to hold a long march.
Malik said that Pakistan could not remain isolate in the world by blocking the NATO routes. He said the decision of Defence Committee of the Cabinet (DCC) to reopen NATO routes was in the national interest.
He said security arrangements had been made for the DPC long march.

For every decision there’s only one justification “In the National Interest”. Can anyone explain the concept of “In the National Interest”
