ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the hearing of contempt of court case against former federal law minister Senator Babar Awan until July 11. A two-member SC bench comprising Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Athar Saeed was hearing the case. During the hearing, Awan submitted an application and his medical certificate in the court. He told the bench that he was unwell and wanted to take complete bed rest. Granting his request for adjournment, the bench directed Awan to continue with his medical treatment and adjourned the hearing until Wednesday.
