Another trainer plane crashes

PLANE CRASH

LAHORE - A small plane crashed near Walton Road in Lahore, sources said on Thursday. The pilot and co-pilot remained safe as they ejected before it crashed. A small, single engine trainer aircraft took off from the Walton airstrip in Lahore but crashed shortly afterwards in Falcon society due to engine malfunction. The female pilot jumped from the plane before the crash and received minor injuries. The aircraft suffered damage with its fuselage being broken open, its rotors broken and wings bent out of shape.
In February, a flight instructor and a trainee pilot died when their two-seater plane crashed into a house in H Block, Model Town. The plane belonging to Hybrid Aviations crashed in the driveway of 143-H Model Town after spiralling down at a very steep angle.
