Beyonce shone like the sun at Sunday’s BET Awards in L.A. on Sunday! Dressed in a gorgeous chartreuse Stephane Rolland gown, the “Love on Top” singer showed off her incredible legs in the number’s hip-high slit. She paired the asymmetrical dress with Givenchy heels and Lorraine Schwartz diamond and platinum earrings. It was a big night for the 30-year-old superstar, who walked out with the award for Best Female R&B Artist, plus a Video Director Of The Year honor for her and Alan Ferguson’s “Dance for You and Party.” Her hubby Jay-Z, 42, also was a big winner. He and his Watch the Throne collaborator Kanye West won for Best Group and saw “Otis” take the Video Of The Year category, in which Beyonce held two nods!

I fully agree. The CDA failed to develop E-12 and D-12 for the last 25 long years. With which face CDA is announcing new sectors just to deprive citizens hard earned life long savings. The PM should ask the CDA authorities first to develop E-12 and D-12 sectors first to build people's confidence and trust.

The CDA should first develop E-12 and D-12 launched in 1988 (25 years ago)in stead of eating citizens hard earned money by announcing new sectors. The PM should get hold of CDA authorities for the corruption, mismanagement and inefficiency.
